myDevices Infographic Automation In case you’re not a geek, or living in the Atacama Desert with no outside contact (how are you reading this?), Star Wars is coming out. And because it is apparently more awesome than everyone else, myDevices, an IoT solutions company, has conducted a survey with Harris Poll of more than 2,000 U.S. adults to determine who much they want to be Jedi. Also, there’s something about connected home devices, but we stopped paying attention when we saw that only 78 percent of Americans who have seen Star Wars want light sabers, hover bikes and land speeders.

Who are you 22 percent of people who’ve seen Star Wars and DON’T want a light saber or a blaster? Seriously. Who are you and where did you come from? Communists.

But really, myDevices Infographic Star Warsthe company also found that 82 percent of Americans would like to automate some aspect of their daily lives and 56 percent of them said they’d most like to automate house cleaning.

The next most desired connected home solutions are for yard maintenance and the commute to work. Weirdly, seven percent of respondents said they would even like to automate sex with their partner. Which is kinda weird.
